Mango Banana Smoothie By Linda Wagner
Super easy to make and SO delicious!
Ingredients:
1 banana
2 cups fresh or frozen mango – I used frozen to get a nice, creamy texture
1 cup fresh or frozen coconut meat or you could use 1 heaping Tbs of Coconut Powder. I love that stuff!
1 tsp of pHresh greens
1 cup Almond Milk or Almond Milk Kefir – I used Almond Milk Kefir because I it makes me feel AWESOME and has totally revamped my digestion and skin!!
