Testimonials – Terms & Conditions

I hereby consent to the use by pHresh Products™ (and holding companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, collectively referred to as ‘pHresh Products™’) of all information (excluding contact information) that I have stated in my testimonial submission, including but not limited to: claim event description, destination, images and video content – if any have been submitted (collectively referred to as the ‘Rights’), in any media format including reproductions, for any promotional and commercial purposes on behalf of pHresh Products™, including but not limited to: training, advertising and/or publicity.

I give permission to pHresh Products™ to publish my first name, last name, age, location, and image / video.

In addition, I waive, to the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, all claims to compensation or damages based on the use of my name, image, likeness by pHresh Products™. I also waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photograph, webpage or other media format.

I agree that all submitted information and any intellectual property rights associated therewith, and all digital files shall remain the property of pHresh Products™.

I understand that this consent is perpetual, that I may not revoke it, and that it is binding on my heirs and assigns.

I warrant that I am at least 18 years of age and that I am competent in my own name insofar as this consent is concerned. I further attest that I have read these terms and conditions of consent and fully understand its contents.

pHresh Products™ reserves the right to correct grammatical and typing errors, to shorten testimonials prior to publication or use, and to review all testimonials prior to use.

pHresh Products™ shall be under no obligation to use any or any part of any testimonial or product review submitted. By submitting a testimonial or product review under these Testimonial terms and conditions of submission you agree, give permission for and hereby grant any necessary license so pHresh Products™ may publish and/or reproduce any part of the testimonial on the Customer Reviews and Testimonials pages of the pHresh Products™ website and/or in any other
